In the spring of 2011, we contracted with Michelle to provide Strengths Finder training at our all staff training days.  Staff enjoyed the opportunity to gain additional insight into their results and discover how they might focus on best utilizing their strengths.  Michelle was instrumental in the learning and discovery process!  She left them eager to return to their work environments and put their new found insight to work with their peers and management team!  Michelle was very accommodating and tailored the training to our needs!

Michelle’s one-day course is filled with interactive group exercises, and the concepts she teaches have helped our supervisors, managers and leaders approach performance management from a different paradigm – identifying their employee’s strengths and capitalizing on those strengths in determining work assignments and performance review goals.  I have participated in promotional interviews where candidates (participants of Michelle’s program) talk about their five strengths and how they utilize those strengths on-the-job.  I have heard testaments from supervisors/managers who have learned of a colleague’s strengths and called them for assistance on projects or when encountering challenges on-the-job.
